This was a small piece about Daniel Tapper, who is growing hops around Borough market to produce the beer, which is also sold in Borough market, and all over the world. This was a really interesting to film (being a beer fan). Shot over two days - it was great to see the process and how small business's are adapting their methods to be more ethical and sustainable, but also to  produce incredible ingredients close to home/
