The Roadery
Born and raised in the wilds of the Forest of Dean, chef Dan Shearman brings a unique nose to tail street food menu to London and beyond. The Roadery specialises in farm and forest to plate street food, from the hatch of a beautiful classic Renault Estafette van - championing sustainable whole beast cooking, wild foraged ingredients and some of the best organic farm and British artisan produce our beautiful blighty has to offer!
This film shows a short day in the life - on the road with some of our favourite suppliers, Brockmans Organic Farm in Canterbury, Turner & George Butchers in London and of course.. mother nature herself!
